About Me

I am a holistic-minded provider with a deep understanding of the chronic illness journey—both personally and professionally. Experiences within my own family shaped a strong commitment to helping others navigate similar challenges with clarity and support.

I am a Doctor of Chiropractic with advanced training through the Medical Academy of Pediatrics and Special Needs (MAPS), focused on uncovering the root causes of complex chronic health challenges in both children and adults. I have been an educator with The Autism Community in Action (TACA) for more than a decade working with families to bring healing to our children suffering from serious health issues.

Care is rooted in a comprehensive, root-cause approach. Rather than focusing solely on diagnoses or symptom labels, the work centers on identifying and addressing foundational imbalances that contribute to complex patterns of illness. The goal is to support the body’s natural ability to heal, regulate, and function as it was designed.

My Journey

My clinical training began in a practice focused on caring for individuals affected by mold illness and environmentally mediated conditions, including toxic metal and chemical exposures. This early experience shaped a deep understanding of how environmental stressors impact the immune, neurological, and metabolic systems.

For more than a decade, my work continued in a collaborative medical clinic focused on pediatrics, with an internationally recognized leader in the care of children with complex medical and neurodevelopmental presentations.

During that time, extensive experience was gained supporting children with multifaceted symptom patterns, including autism spectrum disorder, immune dysregulation, chronic inflammation, gastrointestinal dysfunction, and metabolic imbalances often associated with developmental and learning challenges.

My ongoing advanced study has focused on the physiological drivers of complex chronic illness, including immune dysfunction, chronic inflammatory responses, mast cell activation, persistent infections, and environmentally triggered illness patterns. Understanding disease processes through the Chiropractic lens means I target balancing the nervous system to balance the other body systems as a critical part of my approach

This work is also deeply personal. These challenges have been navigated both as a parent and as a patient with chronic illness, providing a deeper level of understanding, compassion, and practical insight into what it truly takes to feel supported and to rebuild health.
